Some companies will claim to have a patent on their motor or claim that is was reviewed by a magazine. Ask them for the US patent ID number or the link to the article. It is illegal to claim to have a patent without a US patent ID number. Lastly, make sure you can easily reach them by phone during business hours. The most important fact about electric scooters is 95% of companies use the cheapest batteries possible. This results in very poor distance per charge. While not using expensive lithium batteries the Super Turbo 800-Elite does use the very best lead acid batteries available.

We inspect and test every scooter and improve its packaging before it ships out. Scooters must go through this process before being shipped for quality assurance. Once an order has been placed it usually takes no longer than 2 businesses to QC and ship your scooter. However, depending on the volume of orders we receive at the same time, your order may be delayed up to an additional five business days. You will receive a tracking number via: email once your order has been processed. This does not mean that your order has been shipped. Scooter orders go through our quality control process first and then are picked up by FedEx. Once your order has been picked up by FedEx, shipping time usually takes between 2-6 business days depending on what state you live in. East coast customers are usually 2-3 business days and West Coast is usually 4-6 business days.

The Super Turbo 800-Elite comes with a 90 day bumper-to-bumper manufacturer's parts warranty and an additional 1 year warranty on the motor. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. This warranty will not cover labor, return shipping, any common maintenance such as tightening your chain or changing a tube if you get a flat tire. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We will however during the six month warranty period, provide you with free parts if you have any defects. We also give free lifetime tech support over the phone. Super Cycles and Scooters LLC will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or refused packages, part returns, or scooter returns. If your scooter is damaged in shipping do not refuse it. We will ship out any damaged parts the same day we are informed. You have 5 days after receiving your scooter to notify us of any shipping damage. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNUSED AND AUTHORIZED BEFORE BEING RETURNED.THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS. All shipping fees are not refundable. If you purchase this item you will be obligated to follow this warranty to the fullest and this warranty will be present in any further issues if such would arise.
